In my role as a coach, I hold the belief that every individual is unique, and as a result, their training plans should reflect this individuality. Each athlete presents a distinctive combination of physical attributes, genetic makeup, and personality traits. The more I know about these things, the better I can coach. I strongly believe that good communication is crucial for building successful coach-athlete relationships.
Achievement is important, but so is maintaining the joy of running for many years to come.
No goal is too small and no dream is too big, and no question is too silly. I'm here to support and guide you whether you are just starting out, looking for some guidance about how to structure your training, or want help in smashing your personal best.
I don't just give you running plans and leave it at that. I want you to understand why each run is important. This way, you can grasp the training process, learn more about your body, and expand your knowledge of running.
